Quoted for not telling the truth
Centrifugal force (from Latin centrum "center" and fugere "to flee") is a term which may refer to two different forces which are related to rotation. Both of them are oriented away from the axis of rotation, but the object on which they are exerted differs.

Quoted for untruth!
The "real" force the article refers to is just a reactionary force, and isn't what people refer to when they say centrifugal. The ficitious force is the one everyone thinks exists, but really doesn't. |

Centrifugal Force force is the force that objects have and makes them want to go forward. So if you make circles in for example a rollercoaster the centrifugal force keeps you in your seat. _________________

You're still wrong. That's not a force, it's a result of motion and a lack of a centripital force. Who's the physics major here, you or me? XD |
