Because sometimes they get out of hand, and Cebt is hard enough to manage when there's one single topic being spammed at any one time.

I will have a reason for whenever I close a thread.

I think our locks should target those threads that are either starting to give bad taste or threads where the topic is forgotten and no longer matter on the hand. Those are my reasons for locks.

I do delete offensive posts, though, when I find 'em.
They don't appear round here often, but when they do, they hurt.
