Personally, I'd go with a buttered toast theme, rather than a cow theme.
More artistic opportunity.

............

Is it a still frame? Or a short movie? If a short movie, I was thinking of having the toast splat down on the table (top down view), then the camera zooms in and a knife wizzes back and forth (maybe just left and right will be all you need), spreads butter on it and you can read the words CEBT GAMING STUDIOS (each have their own line, each a little slanted and off center). Then maybe have a little bite go poof and fade to black.

Stills are better. More professional. But flash sounds nice if you want to use animation.

LAWL

Any of whitebears animated avatars would be gifs, as long as you take the time to do i would even go as far as saying with the right settings, a .swf and .gif wouldnt be far off each other in quality. Except the .gif cant use code :<

.gifs have limitations on colour types. Or was it they just screw up the pic they show, in terms of quality?

If you convert an image, like .jpg, to an other format, like .gif, you always have some quality loss. If you convert a .gif to a .jpg you get the same quality loss.

But it's true that .gif only supports I think 256 colours. But keep in mind that .gif is made for banners, avatars, logo's, animated banners etc. .jpeg is a format made for displaying pictures and photographs. High quality photographs, mostly with an size above 800x600, are mostly done in .bmp.

If you simply use .gif for banners, avatars, and logo's you won't notice a quality loss simply because those thingies never reach the 256 colours limit. For example if you make your avatar in paint you only use 28 colours max. Also keep in consideration that .gif uses X times as few colours as .jpeg which results in a much lower size while keeping the same quality. Imagine a simple photograph. You can do it in .jpeg which results in about 52kb. You can also give it the extention .bmp which will give the exact same quality but an average size of 3mb.

Therefor if you use avatars, banners, logo's etc. it might be a good idea to go for .gif instead of .jpg and .bmp.

Well to make it look easy:

.gif has a 256 colours but has low file size.
.jpeg has like way many colours but has 6x larger file size.
.bmp is big, phat but also beautiful =]
