Has to be a book I can enjoy, though. Funnily enough, if it's a boring book, I keep myself awake too much because I'm concentrating so much on trying to read it.

Get a better book =D

But... but... Meh.

It's faction in Dune.
And Dune is great verse with books, films and games. Some say Dune 2 was the first RTS ever made. But thats false information.

Enye, I have sleeping problems too.

I've lain in my bed with my lights out, computer off, in the most comfortable positions I could think of for 16 hours before, and not gotten a wink of sleep.

So really. . . I just deal with having to be tired. . .

I do too most of the time, but most of the time I'm not getting enough sleep, so I'm always tired.

Honestly, when I feel like I'm not going to be able to sleep, I just don't try. I watch a movie or something and then go to bed after. I only lay in bed when I have something important to wake up to the next day, so that even if I'm not sleeping, I'm resting.

Story of my life, apart from the fact that I don't go watch films when I can't sleep, unless it's holiday. 'Cos I've always got summat to do if it isn't holiday.

Also, when it IS holiday, I usually spend my time gaming into the night anyway, so when I do step into bed, I'm v. tired...

Lawl, I used to have only about 4 and a half hours sleep for a while because of chores and the restructuring of the shop we own. That usually helped me to fall asleep xD

I've usually had sleeping issues. If i stay still for an hour or so, I can always sleep no matter where i am. I just need something to null out my thoughts so i'm not mentally stimulated.

I just often have music being played from my PC while it's dling something (in my room) with the extractor fan for the kitchen being noisy outside my room. (it's seriously as bad as white noise... revising for exams are just ghey...)

After being with a lady friend is always a good option.
Shocked

Alternatively, I always find doing something mentally challenging very good. I revise something boring as feck.
