I've been sick lately (just a flu) and cos of that I fall asleep so easily.
Do you have any technics or habits? >.>
I _seriously_ tried counting the sheep last night.
I got into 200 and then I forgot to count more.

Then I also know "the thing" how you shouldn't move at all in your bed nor open your eyes, so the monster wouldn't eat you. Not working either.

Heeeeelp me and tell me about your how-to-catch-a-sleepynesses. (Nice word.)

I never did find a good solution to that problem. I just lie in bed for hours until sleep comes... -_-

Listen to some ambient music on your mp3-player. I always listen to this 70-minute (!) song and set the sleep timer on my mp3-player at 1.5 hours. It's so beautiful and calm it makes me drift gently to my dreamworld.

Ask me to send it to you on msn. Very Happy

I sleep when I am sleepy and be wake when feel like being awake. If I need to sleep (and wake up early) I just lie down and keep thinking what ever I want to think. Just by having your eyes closed and lying down is enough rest and doesn't make my sleep longer... although problem comes at part when waking up... I STILL WANT TO SLEEP! (*and presses the snooze button*)

No it's not. I kept reading until 3 am one time and had to wake up at 6.45 am for school. Shocked

Yeah reading calms me down too, and it makes my eyes tired and that makes me feel more sleepy.
But I don't have any good books now >.<!
We have like 200 books in our bookshell but I'm kinda picky. Rolling Eyes

If I wasn't tied to things like school and responsibilities, this would be my exact way of living my life.

NO.
Don't do that.
Or at least I shouldn't, because any music like that really keeps me awake. Unless I'm really tired and fall asleep by myself. And I haven't been that tired since I was 11.

Yes. Good books = Good sleeps.
Has to be a book I can enjoy, though. Funnily enough, if it's a boring book, I keep myself awake too much because I'm concentrating so much on trying to read it.
Currently I'm into re-reading two books of my dragonball manga series... works fine.

Also, Enye, this might sound cliché, but avoid screens or electric machines when going to bed, and when you really can't sleep, a glass of warm milk with good honey in it really does the trick, if you drink it while in bed =)

I am tied to things like school and responsibilities but it's still my way of life.

No way D:

Okay.
I read a whole book last night, 255 pages. It took couple hours.
And I really hate the author of this book.
I have read her other books too, and they are all the same.
Every book is about a woman who wants to be loved, who feels like she lives in a huge bubble, men feel suffocating to her, everyone else makes questions when is she gonna tie the knot and get babies, ex-boyfriends feel distant but sweet and BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAAAH.

STILL DIDN'T FEEL SLEEPY >______>

And if Whity starts thinking 'author who?': Anna-Leena Härkönen.
